Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 BDT. Larger withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.

• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods used be the same.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, though processing may take some time.
• Bajiliv reserves the right to carry out KYC verification to prevent money laundering.

Bajiliv offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: A special bonus is available to new members on their first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x), meaning you must wager a set multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bajiliv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bajiliv and are equally applicable to all forms of Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery.

Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bajiliv voids it. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing your bet.

Odds Changes: Once a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement apply, even if the odds change afterward. However, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, bajiliv reserves the right to void the bet.

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Bajiliv may void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous.

Each jackpot and slots game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which can be found in the game description. All games on bajiliv are audited by independent third parties and certified as fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajiliv platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may hold more than one account.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud, hacking, or deceptive activity is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim a bonus in violation of the bonus terms is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using bajiliv for unlawful financial transactions is strictly prohibited.

Bajiliv reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.

Self-Closure: You may request to close your account at any time. Once you notify our support team, the account will be closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after 12 months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
